Scope Of Processing

• Delivering training, apprenticeship, employment-support, recruitment, and platform services.
• Managing learner, candidate, employer, provider, and admin accounts.
• Reporting on progress, completion, assessments, certifications, vacancies, applications, enquiries, and service activity.
• Supporting vacancies, job-role matching, application management, interview scheduling, and candidate tools.

Processor Obligations

• Process personal data only on documented instructions from the controller.
• Keep personal data confidential and ensure authorised personnel are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
• Assist with data subject rights where applicable.

End Of Contract

Upon termination of the relevant service relationship, ApprenteSkills will return or delete personal data as instructed by the controller, unless continued retention is required by law, regulatory obligations, audit, funding, security, dispute handling, or legitimate platform administration requirements.
