Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the ApprenteSkills platform, including registration, account security, acceptable use, role-specific responsibilities, services, content, payments where applicable, privacy references, and service limitations.

Services Provided
- Services may include online courses, training materials, vacancies, apprenticeship support, progress tracking, assessments, certifications, AI-assisted tools, job matching, employer reporting, and provider programme workflows.
- Candidate tools may include onboarding, job search, matching, CV generation, personal statements, cover letters, saved jobs, application submission, application tracking, and interview response actions.
- Employer services may include job posting, applicant review, pipeline management, interview scheduling, candidate notes, reporting, and subscription-dependent workspace features.
- Provider services may include programme listings, accreditation information, analytics, enquiry handling, and delivery-related workspace features.
Acceptable Use
- You must not upload harmful, illegal, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
- You must not use the platform for spam, harassment, abuse, fraud, scraping, malware, or unauthorised commercial activity.
- You must not attempt unauthorised access or breach intellectual property rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
